Common use of News/Information Release Clause in Contracts

Contractor shall not issue any news releases or make any contact with the media in connection with either the award of this Contract or any subsequent amendment of or effort under this Contract. Contractor must first obtain review and written consent of said news releases from County through County’s DPA.
