New Teachers. a. Final settlement of salary in the case of newly appointed teachers shall be dependent upon satisfactory evidence verifying certification and experience being submitted to the Secretary-Treasurer of the Board by November 30th. The commencing salary paid will be according to verified certification and experience. Should the Teacher Qualification Service verify a higher certification the salary will be adjusted retroactive to the beginning of the school year. The Board shall not refuse a reasonable request for extension of the time limits.
