NEW STATIONS. 34.1: In the event new facilities, stations or departments are created, prior to implementation, a special conference shall be held between the Sheriff and/or his representatives and Union representatives to discuss assignments or other impact on the bargaining unit. The Sheriff reserves the right, after said discussion, to implement any such changes.
