New Provisions. The following new provisions are hereby added to the Original Agreement:

The parties agree to introduce/vary the below provisions in the body of the 2019 CITEC agreement: • Hours of work The parties agree to reduce the daily and weekly hours of work of CITEC employees from 7.6 hours per day and 38 hours per week to 7.25 hours per day and 36.25 hours per week, without a proportional reduction in salary. • Productivity The parties agree to insert the following productivity clause in the 2019 CITEC agreement: In recognition of the change to a 36.25 hour working week, the parties agree to meet and identify potential productivity initiatives by the end of October. Any such initiatives will be implemented by agreement and set out in an exchange of letters between the parties.
New Provisions. The Lease is amended to add new Paragraphs 65 [14th -------------- Floor North Right of First Notice] and 66 [Net Unrestricted Current Assets Requirement] to the Lease as set forth in Exhibit L attached to --------- this Amendment.
New Provisions. The Lease is hereby further amended to add the provisions set forth below as items 1 through 10. To the extent such new provisions are inconsistent with any other provisions of the Lease, said new Lease provisions shall prevail.
