New Portfolio. The Trust hereby authorizes MID to participate in the distribution of Class B shares of the following new portfolio ("New Portfolio") on the terms and conditions contained in the Agreement: Lazard Mid-Cap Portfolio
New Portfolio. The Trust hereby authorizes MID to participate in the distribution of Class E shares of the following new portfolio ("New Portfolio") on the terms and conditions contained in the Agreement: Xxxx Xxxxx Value Equity Portfolio
New Portfolio. Effective July 30, 2021 the EQ/Long-Term Bond Portfolio is hereby added to the Agreement on the terms and conditions contained in the Agreement.
New Portfolio. The AXA/Xxxx Xxxxx Strategic Allocation Portfolio is hereby added to the Agreement on the terms and conditions contained in the Agreement.
New Portfolio. EQ/AllianceBernstein Dynamic Wealth Strategies Portfolio is hereby added to the Agreement on the terms and conditions contained in the Agreement.
New Portfolio. The Trust hereby authorizes MID to participate in the distribution of Class C Shares of the following new portfolio (“New Portfolio”) on the terms and conditions contained in the Agreement: Met/Artisan International Portfolio
New Portfolio. The Trust hereby authorizes MID to participate in the distribution of Class A shares of the following new portfolio ("New Portfolio") on the terms and conditions contained in the Agreement: Rainier Large Cap Equity Portfolio
New Portfolio. Effective April 3, 2023, the EQ/Intermediate Corporate Bond Portfolio is hereby added to the Agreement on the terms and conditions contained in the Agreement.
New Portfolio. The Manager and the Trust have determined to add the following portfolio (the “New Portfolio”) to the Agreement on the terms and conditions contained in the Agreement, and at the level of the expense limitation applicable to the New Portfolio as set forth in the attached schedule: Pyramis® Managed Risk Portfolio
New Portfolio. The EQ/Xxxxxxx Focus Portfolio (“New Portfolio”) shall be included as a Portfolio in the Agreement from and after the date hereof for all purposes on the terms and conditions contained in the Agreement.
