Common use of New Mexico Clause in Contracts

New Mexico. CANCELLATION, C., is amended as follows: If the Agreement Holder’s refund is not returned within sixty (60) days of return of this Agreement to Us, a ten percent (10%) penalty of the purchase price, for each thirty (30) day period or portion thereof that the refund remains unpaid will be added to the refund. If the Agreement Holder cancels this Agreement thirty (30) days after the Agreement Purchase Date, a refund of 100% of the unearned pro rata Agreement Purchase Price will be provided, less a cancellation fee of fifty dollars ($50) or ten percent (10%) of the Agreement Purchase Price, whichever is less, and less any claims paid. The right to void this Agreement is not transferable and applies to only the original Agreement Holder.
