New Lines of Business. The Company shall not, and shall not permit any of its Subsidiaries to, enter into any new line of business, except in the ordinary course of business consistent with past practice and except for the expansion of the Company’s retail business;

Tribune shall not, and shall not permit, any of its Subsidiaries to, whether by merger, consolidation, acquisition or otherwise, enter into any material line of business that is not part of, related to or in support of the media business, other than incidentally as part of a larger acquisition within an existing line of business.
