NEW JERSEY LAW. This Agreement shall be construed in accordance with the provisions of the laws of New Jersey.
NEW JERSEY LAW. This agreement shall be deemed executed in the State of New Jersey and, in all respects, shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey.
NEW JERSEY LAW. This Agreement shall be deemed to have been entered into in the State of New Jersey, and all questions concerning the validity, interpretation, or performance of any of its terms, or of any contractual rights or obligations of the parties hereto, shall be governed by and resolved in accordance with the internal laws of the State of New Jersey, including, without limitation, its statutes of limitations.
NEW JERSEY LAW. The Employee and Orchid agree that this Agreement and any -------------- interpretation thereof will be governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, except as preempted by ERISA. THE EMPLOYEE ACKNOWLEDGES THAT THE EMPLOYEE HAS READ THIS AGREEMENT, UNDERSTANDS IT AND IS VOLUNTARILY ENTERING INTO IT.
NEW JERSEY LAW. This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey and shall be construed in accordance therewith. This contract is further subject to the rules and regulations of the State of New Jersey as to programming and services provided. The Commission shall not be liable for delays or termination of services by reason of actions by the State of New Jersey or the State Department of Education, which results from the withdrawal of funding, facility state approval, or lack thereof.
NEW JERSEY LAW. This Agreement is intended to take effect as a sealed instrument and has been executed or completed and is to be performed in New Jersey, and it and all transactions thereunder or pursuant thereto shall be governed as to interpretation, validity, effect, rights, duties and remedies of the parties thereunder and in all other respects by the laws of New Jersey without giving effect to the conflicts of laws principles thereof.
NEW JERSEY LAW. The Employee and the Company agree that this Agreement and any interpretation thereof shall be governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey.
NEW JERSEY LAW. This Amendment shall be governed by and construed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, without giving effect to principles of conflicts law.
NEW JERSEY LAW. THIS AGREEMENT SHALL BE CONSTRUED UNDER AND GOVERNED BY THE INTERNAL LAWS OF THE STATE OF NEW JERSEY. THE PARTIES AGREE TO WAIVE A JURY TRIAL IN ANY PROCEEDING BROUGHT TO ENFORCE ANY OF THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT.
NEW JERSEY LAW. The laws of the State of New Jersey shall govern the validity of this Agreement, the construction of its terms and the interpretation of the rights and duties of the Member.
