New Facility Availability Date Agreements. Subject to the conditions set forth in Section 5 of this Third Amendment, effective as of the New Facility Availability Date, the Borrowers, the Administrative Agent, the Existing Issuing Bank, the Existing Swing Line Lender and the Existing Required Lenders agree as follows: (a) Amendment to Schedule 2.01.
