New Domicile. A domicile shall remain a new domicile for a period of 12 months commencing with the activation of the first pilot assigned to that domicile, subject to Section 6.A.7. (establishment of an FDA). A pilot who is awarded a vacancy at a new domicile shall be eligible for a relocation package #2, except as provided in Section 6.A.2. and A.3. (above).
