NeW Directions. The parties agree that any new direction or approach not previously contemplated by the Development Plan and outside the scope of the Field may be brought to the attention of the other party for possible inclusion in the Collaboration. The parties may desire to change the scope of the Field in response to such proposals, and the Executive Committee will then discuss a mutually acceptable written amendment to this Agreement to accommodate such change.

Increasing Aboriginal and Xxxxxx Strait Islander higher education participation and success is important given the direct benefits for Aboriginal and Xxxxxx Xxxxxx Islander individuals and communities and broader economic and social benefits for all Australians. Universities are asked to detail their strategies and targets to improve Aboriginal and Xxxxxx Strait Islander access and outcomes over the compact period in this section. Principal Performance Indicators are compulsory and institutions may voluntarily nominate Optional Performance Indicators and targets considered reflective of individual institutional goals. The Commonwealth recognises that universities have diverse missions and, consequently, targets and performance will vary between institutions. Each university should develop performance indicators and targets to reflect its individual performance and strategic direction.   • Directions After a written notice of termination has been given under this Article X, the Company may direct the Manager to undertake any actions necessary to transfer any aspect of the ownership or control of the assets of the Company to the Company or to any nominee of the Company and to do all other things necessary to bring the appointment of the Manager to an end, and the Manager will comply with all such reasonable directions. In addition, the Manager must at the Company’s expense deliver to new management or the Company any books or records held by the Manager under this Agreement and must execute and deliver such instruments and do such things as may reasonably be required to permit new management of the Company to effectively assume its responsibilities.

  • CONTRACT DIRECTION (a) Only the LOCKHEED XXXXXX Procurement Representative has authority on behalf of LOCKHEED XXXXXX to make changes to this Contract. All amendments must be identified as such in writing and executed by the parties.

  • Motions for Directions (1) Class Counsel or the Settling Defendants may apply to the Ontario Court and/or such other courts as may be required by the Courts for directions in respect of the interpretation, implementation and administration of this Settlement Agreement.   • Payment Direction The Issuer may by Issuer Order, direct a Note Paying Agent to pay to the Indenture Trustee money held in trust by the Note Paying Agent, which money will be held by the Indenture Trustee on the same terms as the Note Paying Agent. On a Note Paying Agent’s payment of money held in trust to the Indenture Trustee, the Note Paying Agent will be released from liability for such amounts.

  • Construction Change Directives 7.3.1 A Construction Change Directive is written order prepared by the Architect and signed by the Owner and Architect, directing a change in the Work and stating a proposed basis for adjustment, if any, in the Contract Sum, or Contract Time, or both. The Owner may by Construction Change Directive, without invalidating the Contract, order changes in the Work within the general scope of the Contract consisting of additions, deletions or other revisions, the Contract Sum and Contract Time being adjusting accordingly.

  • Instructions to Bidders The stipulated bid security amount shall be a minimum of $50,000.00. Upon award, the successful Contractor shall replace the Bid Security with the Performance Security. A mandatory preconstruction meeting between the successful Contractor and the Department shall be held in advance of construction startup, location to be determined. The Department may require a levelling course of hot mix be placed prior to placement of the seal coat. No additional compensation shall be provided for this work.
