New Digital Assets/Updates. Kivuto will make best efforts to ingest all Digital Assets in a timely fashion and prepare the Digital Assets for distribution. Updates to Digital Assets will be ingested by Kivuto when made available to Kivuto by the Digital Asset Owner or distributor and these updates will be distributed appropriately.
