New Definition. The following new definitions are hereby inserted in Section 1.1 of the Credit Agreement in alphabetical order: “PVG shall mean Penn Virginia GP Holdings, L.P., a Delaware limited partnership. PVG General Partner shall mean PVG GP, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company.”
