New Connections. New connections to the city's sanitary sewer system will be allowed only if there is available capacity in all of the downstream wastewater collection and treatment facilities. (Code 1982, § 13.24; Ord. No. 1096, § 1, 3-27-2007)

Subject to adequate supply being available at the Supply Address and the gas installation at the Supply Address complying with regulatory requirements, We or the Network Operator shall use Our best endeavours to make supply available at a new Supply Address on the date agreed with You or, where no date is agreed with You, We shall arrange for the Network Operator to connect the new Supply Address within 20 Business Days from the date of the application. We will only be obliged to connect You and supply gas to You if:
