New CHECKFREE Features and Functionality. During the term of this Agreement, CHECKFREE shall offer to MICROSOFT all new services, features, and functionality that CHECKFREE makes available to any third party. Pricing and other material terms for such new services, features, and functionality shall be as set by CHECKFREE, subject to the provisions of Section 8.2.
