Neutral Employment Reference. The Company shall provide a neutral employment reference to any potential employers that consider the employment of Employee or seek information concerning the reasons for the departure of Employee. The Company will provide to any such potential employers the identity of the positions held by Employee and the dates of Employee’s employment with the Company.
Neutral Employment Reference. CGG shall provide a neutral employment reference to any potential employers that consider the employment of Employee and that seek information concerning the reasons for the departure of Employee. CGG will provide to any such potential employers the identity of the positions held by Employee and the dates of Employee’s employment with Veritas.
Neutral Employment Reference. In response to any properly directed request for reference, as defined below (a “Properly Directed Request”), the Company will provide only job title, dates of employment, salary information and indicate that Employee resigned Employee’s employment with the Company. A Properly Directed Request is one that is directed to The Work Number® at 0-000-000-0000 or online at xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx
Neutral Employment Reference. The Company shall provide a neutral employment reference to any potential employers that consider the employment of Employee and that seek information concerning the reasons for the departure of Employee. A “neutral employment reference” means that the Company will provide to any such potential employers the identity of the positions held by Employee, the dates of Employee’s employment with the Company, and the Employee’s last rate of compensation. Employee should direct any potential employers to the Company’s Human Resources Department in Houston, Texas, for employment references.
Neutral Employment Reference. Defendants agree that they will adopt a neutral reporting policy regarding any future employment references related to Plaintiff. In the event that any potential or future employers of Plaintiff request a reference regarding Defendants employment of Plaintiff Xxxxxx Xxxxx Xxxxxxx, employment, and job titles during employment, and final rate of pay. Defendants shall not refer to the Action or this Settlement.
Neutral Employment Reference. Employer agrees to provide Employee with employment reference which is mutually agreeable to both parties. Employee agrees as follows:

Employee agrees that any inquiries by prospective employers regarding Employee’s employment with Employer shall be directed to Employer’s Human Resources Department and that in response to such inquiries Employer will state only Employee’s position(s), dates of employment, and salary/wages.
Neutral Employment Reference. As of the Effective Date of this Agreement (as that term is defined below in Section 5), the Company agrees it will respond to any reference requests from prospective employers of the Employee with a neutral employment reference consisting of only dates of employment, positions held, and last salary amount.
Neutral Employment Reference. Upon request by Milienu, First Financial shall present her with a neutral letter of reference, including the dates of her employment and last title held.
Neutral Employment Reference. Employer agrees that, in response to any inquiries from potential employers of Employee, Employer will only provide a neutral employment reference for Employee consisting of Employee’s dates of employment and last position held.
