NETWORK PARTICIPATION. 10 Provider shall participate as part of the North Sound BH-ASO for the GFS/FBG and Legislative 11 Proviso services specified in this Contract. Provider agrees that its practice information may 12 be used in North Sound BH-ASO MCO and HCA provider directories, promotional materials, 13 advertising and other informational material made available to the public. Such practice 14 information includes, but is not limited to, name, address, telephone number, hours of 15 operation and type of services. Provider shall promptly notify North Sound BH-ASO within 30 16 days of any changes in this information.
NETWORK PARTICIPATION. Vendor shall have the right to participate in the ComdataDirect Network pursuant to the terms and conditions set forth herein and in accordance with written instructional materials, as the same may change from time to time.

Such practice information includes, but is not limited to, name, address, telephone number, hours of operation, type of services, and ability to accept new clients. Provider shall promptly notify GRBH-ASO within thirty (30) days of any changes in this information.

NETWORK PARTICIPATION. As of the Effective Date (defined below), Provider will be a Provider Participant in the Network. Provider acknowledges and agrees that, by participating in the Network, FareHarbor may, via the Service: (a) advertise and promote Provider and its services on Affiliates’ websites; and (b) enable guests to make reservations for Provider’s services (“Bookings”) on Affiliates’ websites.
NETWORK PARTICIPATION. UBH may not require Provider to participate in any additional networks other than the networks Provider has originally agreed to participate in. If Provider refuses to agree to participate in additional networks of UBH, UBH may terminate the Agreement upon written notice to Provider no sooner than 180 days from the date of Provider’s refusal.

Company will notify Provider of a new or revised Product Addendum and Service and Rate Schedule.; provided that such addition will not go into effect unless Provider agrees to such addition, in writing, within the time period specified in Company's notice.
NETWORK PARTICIPATION. 1.1 Participant shall cause all Cards, including but not limited to, cards that access payroll benefits or a prefunded dollar value (commonly known as prepaid or stored value cards), now or hereafter issued by Participant (including those Cards acquired by Participant) to participate in the Network, regardless of whether such Cards are required under the Network Requirements or otherwise to participate in the Network.
