Network Availability and Third-Party Fees Sample Clauses

The "Network Availability and Third-Party Fees" clause defines the responsibilities and limitations regarding the accessibility of network services and the costs associated with using third-party providers. It typically clarifies that the service provider is not liable for interruptions or downtime caused by external networks or internet service providers, and that any fees charged by third parties for network access or related services are the responsibility of the user. This clause helps manage expectations about service reliability and ensures that users understand they may incur additional costs outside the provider's control, thereby allocating risk and clarifying financial obligations.
