Common use of Net-Net-Net Lease Clause in Contracts

Net-Net-Net Lease. This Lease Agreement shall be deemed and construed to be a “net-net-net lease” and the City hereby agrees that the Rental Payments shall be an absolute net return to the Authority, free and clear of any expenses, charges or set-offs whatsoever.
