Net Award. Subject to Section 11.07 below, Lessor shall be entitled to receive the entire Net Award in connection with a Total Condemnation without deduction for any estate vested in Lessee by this Lease, and Lessee hereby expressly assigns to Lessor all of its right, title and interest in and to every such Net Award and agrees that Lessee shall not be entitled to any Net Award or other payment for the value of Lessee’s leasehold interest in this Lease.

Landlord shall be entitled to receive the entire Net Award in connection with a Total Condemnation without deduction for any estate vested in Tenant by this Lease, and Tenant hereby expressly assigns to Landlord all of its right, title and interest in and to every such Net Award and agrees that Tenant shall not be entitled to any Net Award or other payment for the value of Tenant’s leasehold interest in this Lease.
Net Award. Lessor shall be entitled to receive the entire Net Award in connection with a Total Condemnation attributable to Lessor’s interest in the Property. Lessee shall be entitled to claim and receive any award or payment from the condemning authority expressly granted for the taking of Lessee’s leasehold interest hereunder, the Lessee Personalty, any insurance proceeds with respect to the Lessee Personalty, the interruption of its business and moving expenses or such other claim by Lessee permitted under applicable law, but only to the extent such claim or award does not adversely affect or interfere with the prosecution of Lessor’s claim for the Total Condemnation or otherwise reduce the amount recoverable by Lessor for the Total Condemnation of its interest.
Net Award. Subject to Section 11.07 below, Lessor shall be entitled to receive the entire Net Award.
Net Award. Any insurance proceeds or condemnation award payable in connection with any damage, destruction or Taking, less any expenses incurred by Landlord or Tenant as applicable in recovering such amount.
Net Award. For purposes of this Lease, the term "Net Award" shall mean: (i) all amounts payable as a result of any Taking, less all expenses for such proceedings not otherwise paid by Tenant in the collection of such amounts plus (ii) all amounts payable pursuant to any agreement with any condemning authority which has been made in settlement of such Taking, less all expenses incurred as a result thereof not otherwise paid by Tenant in the collection of such amounts.
