The Xxxxxxxx Local Board of Education, hereinafter referred to as “the Board” or the “Board of Education,” recognizes the Xxxxxxxx Local Education Association/OEA/NEA, hereinafter referred to as “the Association” or the “HLEA,” as the sole and exclusive representative of all the members of the bargaining unit, hereinafter referred to as “members” or “unit members” or “bargaining unit members” or "employees."
