(b) Pursuant to s 32(3)(a) of the Traditional Owner ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ (Vic), a Land Use Activity specified in item 4 of Schedule 3 must be either a: (i) Limited Land Use Activity; or (ii) Significant Land Use Activity.
