Negotiating Committee. 20.01 The Company agrees to recognize a negotiating committee of up to 3 regular full-time sales employees and 2 part-time sales employees who are members of the bargaining unit. Such committee members will be paid by the Company for all regular hours spent in actual negotiations with the Company up to 7.5 hours per day for a maximum of 10 days, unless mutually agreed.
