Common use of Negotiating Committee Clause in Contracts

Negotiating Committee. The Employer agrees to recognize a Negotiating Committee of three (3) Union Representatives for the purpose of negotiating renewals of the Collective Agreement. The Employer agrees to recognize a central negotiating team. Nurses serving on the central team shall receive time off as required to attend negotiating meetings.
