Necessary Measures. Furthermore, each of the Parties agrees to use its best efforts in order for its Affiliates and respective directors, officers, employees and advisors not to use such Confidential Information for any purpose other than the purposes set forth herein and that such Persons comply with the same confidentiality obligations of the Parties under this clause.
