Necessary Design Modifications Sample Clauses

The Necessary Design Modifications clause defines the process and authority for making essential changes to a project's design after the initial plans have been set. Typically, this clause outlines who can request or approve modifications, the circumstances under which changes are permitted, and how such changes are documented and communicated to all parties involved. Its core practical function is to provide a structured method for adapting the design to unforeseen issues or requirements, ensuring the project can proceed efficiently while managing the impact of changes on cost, schedule, and quality.
