Common use of Necessary Approvals Clause in Contracts

Necessary Approvals. The Participating Generator represents that all necessary leases, approvals, permits, licenses, easements, rights of way or access to install, own and/or operate its Generating Units have been or will be obtained by the Participating Generator prior to the effective date of this Agreement.

Necessary Approvals. The Participating Generator represents that all necessary leases, approvals, permits, licenses, easements, rights of way or access to install, own and/or operate its Generating Units Net Scheduled QF have been or will be obtained by the Participating Generator prior to the effective date of this Agreement.
