Nature of Position. A. Employee shall render full-time professional services to Company in the capacity of Chairman of the Board and as Chief Executive Officer of the Company. Employee shall at all times faithfully, industriously, and to the best of his ability, perform all duties that may be required by virtue of his positions, as set forth in Company's by-laws or corporate policies, to the reasonable satisfaction of the Board.
Nature of Position. The purpose of the contract is to teach the assigned number of hours each week over the course of the full school year.

Employee shall render 100% of full-time professional services to Company in the capacity of Chief Medical Officer, reporting to the Executive Vice President, Head of Research and Development. The Employee will perform his services at the Company’s headquarters located in Gaithersburg, Maryland to the extent required by the Company’s needs (as reasonably determined by the Company and the Employee) and will travel for the Company’s business as reasonably required. Employee may otherwise perform his services remotely from his home.
Nature of Position. 6.1 The duties and functions to be fulfilled by the employee will be as provided for in the position description provided by the employer, together with such other duties as may be reasonably required from time to time by the employer as incidental to an employee's main functions.
Nature of Position. Employee’s position with the Company is President & Chief Executive Officer of the Employer and in such position Employee has management responsibility for all aspects of the Employer’s business, including strategic and financial planning, engineering, product development, product quality, marketing, sales, logistics, distribution, operations, procurement and employee matters on a worldwide basis.
Nature of Position. District will engage Contractor and Contractor will accept such engagement as is outlined in Schedule A and will undertake and perform such duties and services as are set forth in Schedule A and as may reasonably be further assigned to him/her by the Board of School Directors or by its Superintendent, or her/his designee. Contractor will be engaged as an independent contractor and not an employee of the District and, except as otherwise provided in Schedule A, will determine his/her own method of operation in accomplishing such tasks as may be assigned. Contractor will not be entitled to receive any compensation, commissions or benefits other than those expressly provided in this Agreement.

This is a contract of indefinite duration * * Meaning to be given to a Contract of Indefinite Duration A person who has a Contract of Indefinite Duration has an expectation that, subject to the normal date of retirement in the employment, she or he will be retained in the employment and will not be dismissed without there being any good reason such as misconduct or unfitness for their position, or other compelling or unavoidable circumstances. Any dismissal shall be achieved by the application of the agreed termination arrangements for the Institute of Technology sector or the application of the relevant statute, as the case may be. (As per the Transitional Agreement of September, 2005, Circular Letter IT 15/05.)] The provisions of the Regional Technical Colleges Act, 1992 to 1999/Dublin Institute of Technology Acts, 1992 and 1994 and any subsequent Acts replacing or amending these Acts and any orders and regulations made under these Acts will apply. The position is a pensionable position and The Education Sector Superannuation Scheme (formerly included in the Local Government Superannuation Scheme) and any Act replacing or amending it, will apply as provided for in Section 11 (8) of the Regional Technical Colleges Act 1992/Dublin Institute of Technology Acts 1992 as adapted by the Education Sector Superannuation Scheme (Transfer of Departmental Administration and Ministerial Functions) Order 2001 (SI number 14 of 2001). The provisions of the Public Service Superannuation (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act, 2004 apply to the post. HOURS OF WORK The hours of the contract of indefinite duration will be the hours for which the employee was engaged on a fixed term contract in the academic year prior to the issuing of the Contract of Indefinite Duration (unless varied by the terms of Circular Letter 15/05).

Nature of Position. The position is as [ ] and is with Pharmaxis Ltd (“the Company”). Your employment will be based at the Company’s offices in Sydney. You may have to travel to other places from time to time to carry out your duties. You will report to the Chief Executive Officer and your duties and responsibilities will be as required from time to time by the Chief Executive Officer. You must observe all rules, regulations, directions and policies of the Company, use your best efforts in furtherance of the business of the Company and perform your duties faithfully and to the best of your ability.

Employee will report to (i) the Company’s Board of Directors (the “Board”) and (ii) the President and Chief Executive Officer and/or the Executive Vice President, Research and Development, or such other executive officer of the Company as shall be determined by the President and Chief Executive Officer. Employee shall at all times, to the best of his ability, perform all duties that may be required by virtue of his position, as set forth in the Company’s by-laws or corporate policies, or as directed by the Company. Employee will perform his services at the Company’s headquarters located in Gaithersburg, Maryland to the extent required by the Company’s needs (as reasonably determined by the Company and Employee) and will travel for the Company’s business as reasonably required.
