Common use of Natural Person Clause in Contracts

Natural Person. If the Subscriber is a natural person, the Subscriber represents that he or she has the requisite capacity to execute and deliver this Agreement, to perform his or her obligations hereunder and to consummate the transactions contemplated hereby. This Agreement has been duly and validly executed and delivered by the Subscriber and constitutes the legal, valid and binding obligation of the Subscriber, enforceable against the Subscriber in accordance with its terms.
