Natural Heritage. The Transferee for himself, his heirs, executors, administrators, successors and assigns acknowledges being advised that the Mosquito Creek tributary, the Rideau River tributary and the Xxxxxxxx/Grey’s Creek Municipal Drain are fish habitat that is protected under Section 35 of the Fisheries Act R.S. 1985, c. F-14, as amended. No person shall undertake any activity in, on or near water that may result in the harmful alteration, disruption or destruction of fish habitat.
