National Uniform Attendance Policy. The parties recognize that the vast majority of employees report for work when scheduled and do not have an attendance problem. The parties further recognize, however, that absenteeism among even a small group of employees is detrimental to the Employer’s operations. For this reason, the parties adopt the National Uniform Attendance Policy attached as Exhibit A. This Policy shall not apply to USF Reddaway. All employees will receive a “fresh start” under the Policy, including those in the Western Region. Reddaway employees will continue in their existing progression under their existing policy.

  • Attendance Policy In order to maximize learning opportunities, attendance is expected at all college and clinical sessions. Campus laboratory classes are usually demonstrations of essential nursing skills. There is no effective way to “make-up” missed laboratory classes, therefore the instructor may require attendance. For all clinical absences, the student must call the clinical setting a minimum of 30 minutes before the scheduled beginning time of the clinical session that will be missed and leave a message for the appropriate instructor. Any exception to this rule will be noted in writing in the individual course syllabus and green sheet. Students who miss more than 10% of the clinical days in a course may not be able to meet course objectives. It is the student’s responsibility to contact the appropriate instructor to determine “make- up” assignments for all absences. If a student has excess absences as defined in a particular course, the student’s status may be reviewed by the nursing faculty. The student may not be able to satisfactorily meet course objectives and may earn a failing grade.

Such SPD shall be provided no less than biennially and prior to the beginning of the insurance year.   • NATIONAL LABOR RELATIONS BOARD CERTIFICATION Contractor certifies that no more than one (1) final unappealable finding of contempt of court by a Federal court has been issued against Contractor within the immediately preceding two-year period because of Contractor's failure to comply with an order of a Federal court, which orders Contractor to comply with an order of the National Labor Relations Board. (Pub. Contract Code §10296) (Not applicable to public entities.)

  • National Board Certification A teacher who receives or holds a valid National Board Certification will receive a five hundred dollar ($500.00) stipend in each year the certification is valid and the teacher is actively teaching in the area of certification.

  • Standard Hazard and Flood Insurance Policies For each Mortgage Loan (other than a Cooperative Loan), the Master Servicer shall maintain, or cause to be maintained by each Servicer, standard fire and casualty insurance and, where applicable, flood insurance, all in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement and the related Servicing Agreement, as applicable. It is understood and agreed that such insurance shall be with insurers meeting the eligibility requirements set forth in the applicable Servicing Agreement and that no earthquake or other additional insurance is to be required of any Mortgagor or to be maintained on property acquired in respect of a defaulted loan, other than pursuant to such applicable laws and regulations as shall at any time be in force and as shall require such additional insurance. Pursuant to Section 4.01, any amounts collected by the Master Servicer, or by any Servicer, under any insurance policies maintained pursuant to this Section 9.16 or any Servicing Agreement (other than amounts to be applied to the restoration or repair of the property subject to the related Mortgage or released to the Mortgagor in accordance with the applicable Servicing Agreement) shall be deposited into the Collection Account, subject to withdrawal pursuant to Section 4.02. Any cost incurred by the Master Servicer or any Servicer in maintaining any such insurance if the Mortgagor defaults in its obligation to do so shall be added to the amount owing under the Mortgage Loan where the terms of the Mortgage Loan so permit; provided, however, that the addition of any such cost shall not be taken into account for purposes of calculating the distributions to be made to Certificateholders and shall be recoverable by the Master Servicer or such Servicer pursuant to Section 4.02.

  • Carer’s Leave An employee may use up to 10 days accrued sick days as carers leave to tend to the care for members of the employee’s immediate household. The leave will be subject to the employee providing reasonable proof of the need for the use of xxxxx’s leave. In circumstances where the employee has exhausted all of the paid leave, a further 2 days unpaid leave may be taken.

  • Unpaid Carer’s Leave (a) An employee is entitled to a period of up to 2 days unpaid carer’s leave for each occasion when a member of the employee’s immediate family, or a member of the employee’s household, requires care or support during such a period because of:
