NFFE National Representatives and other Union staff members shall be admitted to the MX-P, subject to security and safety regulations. Courtesy notification of the visit will be provided to the MX-P Director or designee by Union officials. National Representatives will be escorted by a local Union representative while on the premises.

  • Association Recognition The Board hereby recognizes the Association as the exclusive representative for collective gaining with respect to wages, hours, fringe benefits, and other conditions of employment for all employees in the appropriate unit.
