Common use of National Objectives Clause in Contracts

National Objectives. The Subrecipient agrees to maintain documentation that demonstrates that the activities carried out with Funds provided under this Agreement meet the CDBG Program’s national objective of benefiting low and moderate income persons, as defined in 24 CFR Section 570.208.

National Objectives.
