Nasdaq National Stock Market. Purchaser Parent shall use its reasonable Best Efforts to cause the shares of Purchaser Common Stock to be issued hereunder to be approved for listing on the Nasdaq National Stock Market, subject to official notice of issuance, contemporaneous with the effective time of registration of such shares under the Securities Act.
