Common use of Names and Location Clause in Contracts

Names and Location. Except as set forth in Schedule 3.21 attached hereto, during the preceding five-year period, the Company has not used any name or names under which it has invoiced account debtors, maintained records concerning its assets or otherwise conducted its business, other than the exact name under which it has executed this Agreement and the other agreements and instruments contemplated hereby.
