Common use of NAMED HOLIDAYS Clause in Contracts

NAMED HOLIDAYS. (A) Amend Article 22.01 to read: “Full-time employees shall be entitled to the eleven (11) Named Holidays and a Floater Holiday as specified in Article 22.01 and shall be paid for same at the basic rate of pay for seven and three-quarter (7 3/4) hours to a total of ninety-three (93) hours per annum.”

NAMED HOLIDAYS. Amend clause 18.03 (Aa) Amend Article 22.01 to read: “include the following after (iii): It is agreed that a Full-time employees Employee covered by this Article shall be entitled to the eleven twelve (1112) Named Holidays and a Floater Holiday as specified set out in Article 22.01 clause 18.01 and shall be paid for same at the Employee’s basic hourly rate of pay for seven and three-quarter point seven five (7 3/47.75) hours to a total maximum of ninety-three (93) hours per annum.”
