Name Change. The Depositor shall not change its State of organization or its name, identity or entity structure in any manner that would, could or might make any financing statement or continuation statement filed by the Depositor or the Issuing Entity or the Issuing Entity’s assigns seriously misleading within the meaning of the UCC, unless it shall give the Issuing Entity written notice thereof at least five (5) Business Days prior to such change.
