Common use of Name and Place of Business Clause in Contracts

Name and Place of Business. The name of the Company shall be "Special Value Continuation Partners, LP" or such other name or names as may be selected by the General Partner from time to time with written notice given to the Partners of such change. The principal office of the Company shall be at the principal place of business of the General Partner at 2000 00xx Xxxxxx, Xxxxx 0000, Xxxxx Xxxxxx, Xxxxxxxxxx 00000, or other or additional places of business as may be selected from time to time by the Company.
