Common use of Name and Logo Clause in Contracts

Name and Logo. The Affiliate is licensed to use the Core-22 LLC logo and other related names only in connection with Affiliates solicitation of sales and servicing of Core-22 LLC products during the agreement period. Any other use must first be approved by Core-22. Agreement Period Affiliate shall have a non-exclusive; nontransferable agreement to use the Product until terminated by either party at the end of the month after notice to terminate is given.
