Under this agreement, Census will link administrative data obtained through XXXX with other records at the Census Bureau, including but not limited to the Census’s Longitudinal Business Database (LBD). The LBD was developed as a longitudinally-linked version of the Census Bureau’s Business Register. These research projects that will be conducted with the linked data are necessary and essential for the Census Bureau to further its understanding of innovation, entrepreneurship, and business dynamics in the U.S., which will allow the Census to improve the quality of economic and demographic censuses and surveys that it conducts. It will further improve industry classification and benefit the Census Bureau’s Business Register and Economic Programs. The joint research projects will provide XXXX valuable insight into the outcomes and impact of its XXXXXX programs and how those may be related to firm characteristics. This will allow the XXXX to more accurately explain outcomes and impacts to stakeholders and determine areas for program improvement.

Public port district projects frequently affect fish and wildlife habitat and therefore require coordination and consultation with the National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS) and the USFWS. Having a staff biologist assigned to study and evaluate public port district projects for compliance with the ESA and other pertinent laws .administered by the federal agencies reduces time spent in coordination and increases the biologist's understanding of individual projects. In addition, having the staff biologist responsible for all public port district consultations involving WPPA's member ports ·increases their familiarity with those agencies' personnel and processes, landscape and aquatic habitat conditions across the State of Washington, and opportunities for conservation and aquatic and terrestrial habitat restoration, as well as ensuring consistency and timeliness of reviews.

The «Name_of_CIC» recognizes the importance of Census Bureau data to the communities it represents. It is interested in a close working relationship with the Census Bureau and in obtaining census data products to provide relevant data, statistics and reports to the communities it serves for program planning, analysis and advocacy. This CIC benefits from its involvement in data collection activities through improved data for its communities. The Census Bureau regards this partnership as an integral part of its public education and data dissemination process. The CICs also give high priority in this partnership to data dissemination and providing of technical assistance in the use of Census Bureau data. The CICs make the Census Bureau data more widely accessible to data users through the use of the Internet and other dissemination media. In terms of the data collection aspect of this agreement, the Census Bureau benefits because CICs help obtain the cooperation of their data users at the time of data collection by applying knowledge of their community to data collection activities. The CIC benefits by being an official source of Census Bureau data. This enables the Census Bureau to allow the CIC access to data on an embargo basis, that is, prior to the Census Bureau’s release of data to the general public. MUTUAL INTEREST OF THE PARTIES. Both DOC and ICANN have a mutual interest in a transition that ensures that future technical management of the DNS adheres to the principles of stability, competition, coordination, and representation as published in the Statement of Policy. ICANN has declared its commitment to these principles in its Bylaws. This Agreement is essential for the DOC to ensure continuity and stability in the performance of technical management of the DNS now performed by, or on behalf of, the U.S. Government. Together, the Parties will collaborate on the XXX Xxxxxxx to achieve the transition without disruption.
MUTUAL INTEREST OF THE PARTIES. The three West Coast RICEs share responsibility for observing the California Current Large Marine Ecosystem (CCLME). This Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) affirms the Parties’ commitment to jointly plan CCLME observations and share information that will mutually benefit each sub-region and the larger CCLME. In addition, important issues in regional ocean governance, management, science, and marine operations span the West Coast and CCLME, including, but not limited to, the West Coast Governors’ Agreement on Ocean Health (WCGA), the Pacific Coast Collaborative (PCC), the Ocean Observatories Initiative (OOI), and the designation of the West Coast as a single regional planning area for Coastal and Marine Spatial Planning (CMSP) in the National Ocean Policy (NOP). The Parties commit to work together at the CCLME scale, and to work cooperatively with governmental and non- governmental entities to identify and provide information products for multiple users within the region that inform scientific, economic and management activities in areas including: fisheries and water quality; climate variability and change; coastal hazards; marine commerce and safety; and priorities identified by the NOP, WCGA, PCC and other region-wide marine and ocean groups. The Parties recognize that collaborating and leveraging human and financial resources will benefit planning and decision-making at both sub-regional and CCLME levels.
MUTUAL INTEREST OF THE PARTIES. 4.1 This joint partnership is of mutual interest to the parties because the partnership's objectives involve data dissemination, data use, education and support of Census Bureau programs. The Census Bureau and the «fullst» SDC share objectives and provide support to one another for each of these objectives.
