Common use of Mutual consultation Clause in Contracts

Mutual consultation. 1. Aiming at close cooperation in the effective implementation of this Agreement, and upon the request of any Member Country of ASEAN or China, representatives from the Contracting Parties may meet to discuss proposals submitted by either Contracting Party at the date and place mutually agreed upon. Such consultative meetings shall be held not later than 60 (sixty) days as from the date of the relevant proposal received.
