Common use of Mutual consultation Clause in Contracts

Mutual consultation. (a) Any matter, dispute or claim between the Parties in respect of any matter arising out of or in relation to this Sub-lease Agreement, including any question regarding the interpretation, breach, termination or validity of this Sub-lease Agreement (collectively “Dispute”) shall be settled, in so far as it is possible, by mutual consultation and consent between the authorised representatives of the Parties.
