Music Cue Sheets. The music cue sheets for the Picture shall be filed with the proper performance rights societies by Company accurately reflecting Composer's ownership of all Compositions. The cue sheets shall be prepared in consultation with Composer, and Company shall promptly provide Composer with a copy upon its availability. Company will be responsible for submitting cue sheets to distributors (including non-US) and to broadcasters. The composer should make sure the producer complies with this provision and files a proper cue sheet before the release of the movie on television or on Internet VOD.

Music Cue Sheets. The Company agrees to furnish the Rightholder a cue sheet of the Film within thirty (30) days from the first public exhibition of the Film at which admission is charged (except so-called “sneak previews”).
Music Cue Sheets. A copy of a music cue sheet showing the particulars of all music, the title of each composition, names of composers, publishers, and copyright owner(s) and/or synchronization and performance rights owner(s); the usages (whether instrumental, instrumental-visual, vocal, vocal-visual or otherwise), the place and number of such uses, running time for each cue, the performing rights society involved, and any other information customarily set forth in music cue sheets.
Music Cue Sheets. One (1) copy of a music cue sheet showing the particulars of all music contained in the Picture, including, without limitation, the title of each composition; the names of composers, publishers and copyright owners; the location in the Picture of each composition, showing the film footage and running time for each cue, the performing rights society involved and any other information customarily set forth in music cue sheets.

The Servicer shall make available to the Owner or any prospective purchaser a knowledgeable representative for the purpose of answering questions respecting recent developments affecting the Servicer or the financial statements of the corporate group that includes the Servicer, and to permit any prospective purchaser (upon reasonable notice) to inspect the Servicer’s servicing facilities (no more than 6 times per year unless mutually agreed to between the parties) for the purpose of satisfying such prospective purchaser that the Servicer has the ability to service the Mortgage Loans as provided in this Agreement provided that such access is necessary, reasonable, or appropriate with respect to the Owner or the purposes of this Agreement to the extent such access or information are readily accessible to the Servicer without undue expense.

  • Unaudited Financial Statements The School shall prepare and submit its unaudited annual financial statements to the Commission by September 15 of the subsequent fiscal year; provided that the Commission, with reasonable notice to the School, may change the deadline depending on circumstances.

  • Pro Forma Balance Sheet; Financial Statements The Lenders shall have received (i) the Pro Forma Balance Sheet, (ii) audited consolidated financial statements of the Borrower and its Subsidiaries for the most recently ended fiscal year and (iii) unaudited interim consolidated financial statements of the Borrower and its Subsidiaries for each fiscal quarter ended after the date of the latest applicable financial statements delivered pursuant to clause (i) of this paragraph as to which such financial statements are available.

BOLD’s financial statements (the “Financial Statements”) contained in its periodic reports filed with the SEC have been prepared in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles applicable in the United States of America (“U.S. GAAP”) applied on a consistent basis throughout the periods indicated, except that those Financial Statements that are not audited do not contain all footnotes required by U.S. GAAP. The Financial Statements fairly present the financial condition and operating results of BOLD as of the dates, and for the periods, indicated therein, subject to normal year-end audit adjustments. BOLD has no material liabilities (contingent or otherwise). BOLD is not a guarantor or indemnitor of any indebtedness of any other person, entity or organization. BOLD maintains a standard system of accounting established and administered in accordance with U.S. GAAP.
