Multiple Sites Clause Samples
The "Multiple Sites" clause defines how the terms of an agreement apply when services or products are provided to more than one physical location or business site. Typically, this clause clarifies whether the same contractual obligations, pricing, and service levels extend to each site, or if separate terms may apply to different locations. For example, it may specify that each site is treated independently for billing or performance measurement purposes. The core function of this clause is to ensure clarity and consistency in the application of the contract across all relevant sites, preventing misunderstandings about coverage and responsibilities.
