MSP AGREEMENT Sample Clauses

The MSP Agreement is a contract that outlines the terms and conditions under which a Managed Service Provider (MSP) delivers IT or business services to a client. It typically details the scope of services, service levels, payment terms, responsibilities of both parties, and procedures for handling issues or changes. For example, it may specify response times for technical support or the process for requesting additional services. The core function of this agreement is to establish clear expectations and responsibilities, thereby reducing misunderstandings and ensuring both parties are aligned on service delivery and obligations.
