MPS Employees Only. For the mutual protection of the Customer and MPS, only authorized employees of MPS are permitted to set and remove meters or to make and energize or break and de-energize the connection between MPS’ service drop or secondary terminals and the Customer’s service entrance conductors or secondary service laterals.
