MOVING ON. When moving into a new property the Service Provider shall support the Young Person with moving, this will include; • Viewing the next property (upon the Young Person’s request); • Assistance with packing / Dismantling of furniture; • Ensuring the Young Person has appropriate bags/suitcase (No bin liners or carrier bags); and • Assistance taking things out of the car/van and taking them into the property.

MOVING ON. 10.1 The aim of the supported living service at Convamore Road shall be to increase independence through development of life skills. The Care and Support Provider is expected to utilise commissioned hours to develop skills over time and gradually decrease hours once individuals become more independent, with the view to move on to more independent living within the community. This shall be achieved through regular reviews, a minimum of annual review with the social worker and development of measurable outcomes for individuals. The boundaries of the service therefore must be fully explained to applicants, relatives and advocates as well as to other professionals at the point of the enquiry/application being made.

  • Moving Out a. Each Resident must remove all personal belongings from their room when the Occupancy period ends or this Contract is terminated. The room must be cleaned and all keys returned to their respective service center prior to move out being complete. Remaining personal items will be considered abandoned and will be sent to OSU Surplus for public auction or disposal.   • Holiday Falling on a Scheduled Workday An employee who works on a designated holiday which is a scheduled workday shall be compensated at the rate of double-time for hours worked, plus a day off in lieu of the holiday; except for Christmas and New Year's when the compensation shall be at the rate of double-time and one-half for hours worked, plus a day off in lieu of the holiday.

  • Holiday Falling on a Day of Rest (a) When a paid holiday falls on an employee's day of rest, the employee shall be entitled to a day off with pay in lieu.

  • Maximum Occupancy No more than two (2) guests per one (1) resident (who is present) are permitted in a student room/suite/apartment at any given time unless otherwise approved by the University (Residential Life).

  • Working on a Holiday An employee who is required to work on a holiday shall be paid at the rate of straight time plus time and one-half (1 1/2).

  • Boxing Day (b) If another Federal, Provincial or Municipal holiday should be proclaimed during the term of this Agreement, such additional proclaimed holiday will replace one of the above-named holidays as agreed by the parties. The intent is that there will be no more than twelve (12) paid holidays per calendar year for the duration of this agreement.

  • No-­‐Activation Period Registry Operator shall not activate any names in the DNS zone for the Registry TLD (except for "NIC") until at least 120 calendar days after the effective date of this agreement. Registry Operator may allocate names (subject to subsection 6.2 below) during this period only if Registry Operator causes registrants to be clearly informed of the inability to activate names until the No-­‐Activation Period ends.

  • Cashing out annual leave Annual leave may be cashed out by agreement between the Company and an Employee, subject to the following conditions: ▪ An Employee must elect in writing to cash out annual leave; ▪ An Employee must not cash out more than two (2) weeks annual leave in each twelve (12) month period; ▪ The Company must agree to the Employee cashing out their annual leave.

  • Twelve Month Employees A member of the unit who is employed on a twelve (12) month 19 basis shall be allowed paid vacation leave, exclusive of holidays, as follows:

  • Temporary Living Expenses An employee shall be entitled to reimbursement for meals and lodging for up to twenty (20) working days, as provided by procedures of the Department of Administrative Services, following a transfer initiated by the Employer.
