Common use of MOVE-IN INSPECTION Clause in Contracts

MOVE-IN INSPECTION. CMHA and Tenant or a representative shall inspect the dwelling unit prior to occupancy by Tenant. CMHA will give to Tenant a written inspection report of the condition of the dwelling unit, both inside and outside, and note any equipment provided with the unit. The inspection report shall be signed by CMHA and Tenant and a copy of the report shall be retained in Tenant's folder. CMHA will correct any deficiencies noted on the inspection report, at no charge to Tenant.
