Common use of MOVE-IN CONDITION Clause in Contracts

MOVE-IN CONDITION. If, upon move-in, the Leased Premises are in need of cleaning or repairs, Tenant agree(s) to prepare and deliver to Landlord’s office an inventory and damage list within forty-eight (48) hours after move-in on the form provided, signed by at least one (1) Tenant. If an inventory and damage list is not timely delivered to Landlord’s office, Tenant’s possession is evidence of acceptance of the Leased Premises in As-Is condition.
