MOTOR CAR. The Company shall provide or procure the provision to the Officer during the Employment and for the purposes thereof with a motor car deemed by the Company to be appropriate to the status of the Employment and shall be responsible for payment of the whole expenses of maintaining and running such motor car including insurance, petrol and maintenance. The Officer shall be entitled to make reasonable use of the said motor car for private purposes but shall not take, or allow to be taken, the said motor car outside the United Kingdom without the prior written consent of the Company.

MOTOR CAR. 7.1 Subject to clause 5.9 above, The Company will provide a cash alternative, in accordance with it’s car policy as may be amended from time to time for use by the Executive in the performance of his duties hereunder and the Executive will use the same as may be necessary.
MOTOR CAR. To assist in the performance of his duties the Company shall during the Term provide the Executive with a motor car of a cost and type to be determined from time to time by the Board and subject to any terms and conditions which the Company may from time to time impose on the Executive in relation thereto. Subject to such terms and conditions the Company shall bear the cost of insuring testing taxing repairing and maintaining the car and shall reimburse to the Executive all running expenses of the car properly incurred in connection with the performance of duties
MOTOR CAR. At his option, the Executive may notify the Company that a stated percentage of his monthly salary shall be paid towards the expense of leasing a car for the Executive.
MOTOR CAR. (a) The Company shall provide and maintain for the sole use of the Executive a Motor Car and all expenses and petrol in connection with its private and business use shall be paid or reimbursed to the Executive by the Company on presentation of appropriate receipts if required, subject to the provisions of clause 8.2 above.
MOTOR CAR. 10.1 The Company will provide a car for Executive’s business and minimal private use up to a value of €100,000 provided that such a car is full electric, which is subject to special benefit-in-kind (“BIK”) payments whereby the first €45,000 in value is exempt from BIK calculations under current legislation. If not provided with the car, the Company will cover the cost of a charging unit for the Executive at his principal private residence. Appropriate BIK amounts will be deducted via payroll (subject to car-pooling relief). Should legislation change the Company will not be responsible to adjust the net BIK and any new BIK will be deducted from payroll. The Company will fund the tax and insurance cost of the motor car. A full Company car policy and terms will be agreed before commencement date.
MOTOR CAR. The Company shall provide the Executive with a motor car for his business and personal use of a type appropriate to the position of the Executive in accordance with the Company’s car scheme in operation from time to time. The Company shall contribute towards the insurance premiums, maintenance and repair expenses in connection with the motor car in accordance with the Company’s car scheme in operation from time to time. The Company shall have the right to change its arrangements for or to vary or withdraw any part or parts of the Company’s car scheme as it sees fit. The Executive shall at all times conform to all regulations which may from time to time be imposed by the Company with respect to motor cars provided by the Company for use by its personnel. Upon termination of his employment for whatever reason or if the Executive ceases for any reason to hold a valid driving licence the Executive shall forthwith return the motor car to the Company.

MOTOR CAR. The Executive will be entitled to a company car subject to and in accordance with the rules of the Employer’s motor car scheme from time to time, or in the alternative, a non pensionable cash allowance (currently £1,000 per month) payable each month. Upon termination of her employment, the Executive shall return any car provided by the Employer.
MOTOR CAR. 8.1 The Company shall supply the Employee with a car deemed by the Board to be suitable and commensurate with his status for the performance of his duties hereunder the leasing or other rental or deferred purchase cost of which shall not exceed (pound)1,200 per month (increasing annually by the same percentage amount as the percentage increase in the United Kingdom Retail Price Index for that period or at such other higher rate as may be determined upon and notified by the Company to the Employee).
MOTOR CAR. The Company shall pay to the Executive a car allowance at the rate of £12,000 per year, payable in arrears by equal monthly instalments and subject to applicable deductions. The Company shall also pay for road tax, insurance and fuel (for both personal and business use) for one car. The car allowance and related benefits shall not be an addition to salary and shall not count towards any salary related benefits, including without limitation the Executive’s pension.
